SimpledCard is a Fintech scale-up that helps more than 650 medium to large organizations with an innovative solution for business expenses. We are independent, entrepreneurial and open-minded. Our headquarters are centrally located in Amsterdam and we are expanding in Europe. Together with our units in Budapest, Munich and Belgrad, you will meet a savvy and sociable team of 40+ colleagues.
The role
As a Content marketer, you grow our B2B business by creating relevant content for our target audience (ICP). You will have full ownership of our content strategy, planning and delivery while maintaining consistent branding.
What you will do:
- Creative concept/campaign development and asset creation (landing page copy, e-books, case studies, marketing emails, webinar slide deck s etc.);
- Writing and publishing new blog articles to rank for new keywords in Google;
- Optimizing and updating existing web pages and blog articles;
- Social posts on SimpledCard's social media channels;
- Preparing and supporting expert interviews and podcasts when those opportunities occur (we do not expect you to host the interviews/podcasts yourself);
- You lead all central customer comms, supporting the Product & CST team in content creation;
- Own the localisation process, managing and briefing our translation agency;
- Work closely with our head of growth to monitor and drive campaign effectiveness.
Your profile
You have/are?
- A positive and experimental mind that can think out-of-the-box;
- 2 - 3 years hands-on experience as a content marketeer and/or copywriter, ideally in a B2B and/or SaaS environment;
- State-of-the-art writing skills in both Dutch and English language (German would be a huge bonus);
- Proficient in crafting compelling, action-driven copy;
- Outstanding time management skills;
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and SEO;
- Affinity with the finance/fintech industry is an advantage;
- Experience with WordPress would be a nice to have :).
